Meanwhile, Topsee Technology Holding Limited has been authorized as the only agent of Beijing Dakang Instrument Co., Ltd in the Southeast Asia. Beijing Dakang Instrument Co., Ltd. was established in 2002. It has been a branch company of Outsmarting Sigm Technology Development Group, Ltd. which is a high-tech Group Entity involving in technology, industry and trade. Dakang specializes in medical devices and optical equipment for optical stores and hospitals. It began its production of OEM products for Japanese TOPCON companies in 2004. Its products are exported to Japan, the United States, Europe, and Southeast Asia all around the world.
